UAC / USYD update

I contacted the University of Sydney [USYD] today via their Facebook page as that's where the original update about offer notifications came from and I got some answers about offers. Apparently UAC [Universities Admission Centre] sends out email notifications and there have been reports of emails being found in junk mail folders. I haven't received anything as yet but the person writing back to my said in so many words to keep checking because due to the high number of applicants, it can take up to a week to notify all the successful ones. Who knew. I started the conversation because I had tried to call the help line but apparently it's having some technical difficulties, which might be fixed by now. I guess I have to keep checking my email and see what happens over the next week/few days. Sigh.
