Making the Cut
I'm looking forward to starting Jillian Michaels program. Before that I'm going to have to sort out all the recipes and adjust the 30 day meal plan that's in the book as I don't like a lot of food normal people do. Nuts and red meat are two examples of this. It'll be a nice distraction from all the boredom. I'm also going to do daily blog updates about it and take a before and after pictures, as is suggested in the book, and document it completely. I'm excited about it.
