Acceptance 1

I got offered a place at Deakin Uni, Melbourne! I'm not hugely excited about it because I want to hear from my number 1 choice, Sydney, but it's nice that I have my backup sorted. I was thinking about it last night while trying to get to sleep. Melbourne would be good in the way that I have friends there and a room already partly sorted with Amy, but it doesn't match all the benefits I'd get from going to Sydney -- living alone and finally getting organised, a more prestigious Uni and a better course, my own adventure not following the crowds, and great weather. Sydney is my choice. I just have to wait a while longer till I find out if they will have me. Eek!
