Application anxiety

I'm a bit worried that my application to Sydney Uni isn't right. I didn't understand why I didn't see a question about uploading my academic transcript or why I haven't been contacted about it and I am now worried they might disregard my application all together. I called the Sydney Uni Faculty of Arts Postgraduate section and left a message on their answering machine so hopefully they will get back to me soon and I'll have some answers. I might have to reapply.
